|
|
The Allan Maruff House that was the site of the Johnstone Shire Council Community Services staff,Meals on Wheels and Respite lost the front of the building in Cyclone Larry. The council had the original facade of the building rebuilt with a minor change to the original plan for wheelchair access. Well done!! Now we have a fine example of Innisfail Art Deco Facade. |

Art Deco in the Tropics-Innisfail Inc invites people interested in tourism through Art Deco conservation to work towards a Tropical Art Deco Region. A meeting will be held in Tully at Mirrors Restaurant - the first pub on the left hand side of the main street. A luncheon will be held on the 7th June at 12md with the meeting follwoing at 2pm. All are invited to attend the lunch and the meeting. Lunch will be at your own cost. Contact Lynette Moyle Hm40613928 or Mb0435198591. |
